The American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) strongly opposes the surprise billing provisions within the Lower Health Care Costs Act agreement announced yesterday by Senator Lamar Alexander (R-TN), Representative Frank Pallone (D-NJ), and Representative Greg Walden (R-OR).
